TSE exec blames defective software for trading disruption

TOKYO, Japan - Tokyo Stock Exchange Inc. Managing Director Tomio Amano speaks at a press conference after trading on the bourse resumed on Nov. 1. He said a computer system malfunction that disrupted trading was caused by a defect in software that was introduced in October for processing data from securities companies.
