Tokyo's Yamanote Line stopped due to loose power cable
TOKYO, Japan - Workers check power cables on a JR Yamanote Line train at Tokyo Station on Nov. 7 after train operations on the busy circular line that connects Tokyo's main city centers stopped for more than five hours, including morning rush hours, due to a loosening of an overhead power cable.
