Rightist held for spraying extinguishing agent at Chinese consulate
NAGOYA, Japan - Police examine the entrance of a building that houses the Chinese consulate in Nagoya on Nov. 18. A man who describes himself as a rightist was arrested earlier in the day after spraying chemical agent from a fire extinguisher at the entrance and lobby of the building.
