DPJ decides to dismiss Nishimura
TOKYO, Japan - Democratic Party of Japan leader Seiji Maehara responds to reporters' questions at the party headquarters in Tokyo on Nov. 28. The party decided to dismiss Shingo Nishimura, a five-term House of Representatives member of the party, who was arrested earlier in the day for allegedly allowing a former employee at his law office to use his name as a lawyer in violation of the Attorneys Law.
