Matsushita heaters found faulty after repair total 14

OSAKA, Japan - Yoshitaka Hayashi (R), senior managing director of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., bows in apology at the end of a news conference at a hotel in Osaka on Dec. 9. The company said that a total of 14 defective kerosene heaters it had recalled and repaired had subsequently broken down.
