TOKYO, Japan - Moriyoshi Kimura (R), president of Kimura Construction Co., and Akira Shinozuka (L), a former head of the company's Tokyo branch, are summoned to a Diet committee on Dec. 14. The company was involved in the construction of buildings designed by disgraced architect Hidetsugu Aneha.
