TOKYO, Japan - Nissan Motor Co. Chief Operating Officer Toshiyuki Shiga rolls out the new Bluebird Sylphy on Dec. 21 targeting mainly design-savvy, middle-aged women who are often seen as having the final say in choosing new family cars.
