Kanagawa Gov. Matsuzawa calls for revising U.S. base plan

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Kanagawa Gov. Shigefumi Matsuzawa speaks with reporters following his meeting with Foreign Minister Taro Aso in Yokohama on Dec. 26. The governor called on Aso to seek revision of the current plan to realign U.S. forces in Japan before its finalization in such a way that it is more acceptable for Japanese local communities.
