Yankees' Matsui joins gathering of fans in hometown

NOMI, Japan - New York Yankees' outfielder Hideki Matsui joins a New Year's gathering of children and baseball fans in his hometown of Nomi, Ishikawa Prefecture, on Jan. 5. The annual gathering was attended by 1,200 fans.
