Prince Akishino, Princess Kiko meet emperor, empress

TOKYO, Japan - Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko arrive at the Imperial Palace on Feb. 8 to meet Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko. The Imperial Household Agency announced the previous day that the 39-year-old princess is expecting a baby in autumn.
