Matsui calls for more Japanese tourists to visit U.S.

TOKYO, Japan - New York Yankees outfielder Hideki Matsui speaks to reporters at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo on Feb. 9 during a tourism promotion event there. Three other Japanese major league baseball players -- Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Tomokazu Ohka, Cleveland Indians right-hander Kazuhito Tadano and New York Mets right-hander Yusaki Iriki -- also attended the event.
