Russian mayor confirms negotiation with Nissan on factory
NEW YORK, United States - Visiting St. Petersburg Gov. Valentina Matvienko speaks at press conference in New York on Feb. 27. She said the Russian city is talking with major world automakers, including Nissan Motors Co., to have factories built there.
