Pro baseball season begins with PL games

FUKUOKA, Japan - Softbank Hawks outfielder Jolbert Cabrera hits a solo homer in the bottom of the fifth inning of the team's opening game against the Lotte Marines at Yahoo Dome on March 25. The Hawks beat the Marines 7-2. Japan's 2006 pro baseball season began with three Pacific League games.
