Pro baseball season begins with PL games

TOKOROZAWA, Japan - Seibu Lions starter Fumiya Nishiguchi (R) leaves the mound in the sixth inning of the team's opening games against the Orix Buffaloes at Invoice Seibu Dome on March 25. The Buffaloed defeated the Lions 5-2. Japan's 2006 pro baseball season began with three Pacific League games.
