Kim Jong Il's brother-in-law heads home after China trip
BEIJING, China - Jang Song Thaek, North Korean leader Kim Jong Il's brother-in-law and a senior official of the North's ruling party, heads home from Beijing International Airport on March 28 after a trip to China believed to be aimed at learning from the country's economic development. Jang, first vice director of the Workers' Party of Korea, did not respond to reporters' questions at the airport.
