N. Korean chief envoy arrives in Japan for security conference
NATITA, Japan - Kim Kye Gwan, North Korea's top delegate to the six-country nuclear talks, is surrounded by journalists on arrival at Narita Airport, east of Tokyo, on April 7 discussions with his six-party talks counterparts, who will gather in Tokyo for an academic conference on security. ''We would not reject a request by the United States for bilateral talks,'' said Kim, who is the country's vice foreign minister.
