Iran says nuke package a 'step forward,' mum on response
SHANGHAI, China - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad tells reporters at a Shanghai hotel June 16 that an international package of incentives intended to curb Tehran's nuclear activities is ''a step forward'' in resolving the nuclear standoff, but he remained vague about when his country would respond to the plan.
