Court dismisses libel suit by ex-Japan Highway Public Corp. head

TOKYO, Japan - The Tokyo District Court dismissed a libel suit on July 31 filed by Haruho Fujii (file photo), former president of the now-defunct Japan Highway Public Corp., saying a magazine article correctly reported his concealment of the corporation's financial statements.
