VICTORIA, Canada - Japan's Kosuke Kitajima reacts after coming second in the men's 200-meter breaststroke final at the Pan-Pacific Swimming Championships in Victoria, British Columbia, on Aug. 20. Brendan Hansen of the United States won the race.
