TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Toshihiko Fukui speaks at a press conference at the bank's head office in Tokyo on Sept. 8. He said that weaker-than-expected growth in the consumer price index for July will not lead to the central bank altering its price projection, brushing aside speculation that the BOJ may delay the timing of further interest rate hikes due to the data.
