Dalai Lama says will commit to middle path approach to Tibet issue
NEW DELHI, India - The Dalai Lama, spiritual leader of the Tibetan government in exile, speaks at a press conference in New Delhi on Oct. 8. He reiterated that he is committed to a middle path approach to the issue of the status of Tibet, which he said is a ''meaningful autonomy.''
