Aozora fetches initial 495 yen, below IPO price, in TSE debut

TOKYO, Japan - An electric board at the Tokyo Stock Exchange shows Aozora Bank fetching an initial 495 yen on Nov. 14 during its first trading day on the TSE, well below the offering price of 570 yen.
