NAHA, Japan - Voters cast their ballots in Urasoe, Okinawa Prefecture on Nov. 19 in the election to choose the successor to outgoing Okinawa Gov. Keiichi Inamine, with the relocation of a U.S. military base and local economic concerns among the major issues.
