Warped credit data on shinkin bank clients put in joint computer
TOKYO, Japan - Executives of the Shinkin Kyodo System Unei Kiko, a shinkin bank industry body, bow in a gesture of apology at a press conference in Tokyo on Dec. 6 after 245 of its member banks found that credit data on 3.14 million of their customers in a joint computer system had been recorded incorrectly due to shortcomings in the system's program.
