Gov't compiles 'second-chance' measures
TOKYO, Japan - Cabinet ministers related to a government 'second-chance' campaign meet at the prime minister's office on Dec. 26. They compiled a set of measures to help promote the employment of women, elderly people and ''Neets'' (people Not in Employment, Education or Training), and ''freeters'' (job-hopping part-timers).
