N. Korean, S. Korean nuke negotiators arrive in Beijing
BEIJING, China - North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan, the country's chief negotiator for the six-party nuclear talks, waves to photographers on arrival at Beijing airport on Jan. 22, as a flurry of diplomacy continued to lay the groundwork for the next round of the negotiations aimed at ending the North Korean standoff.
