Asashoryu flogs Futeno for 1st win at spring sumo

OSAKA, Japan - Mongolian grand champion Asashoryu (L), after losing his first two matches at the 15-day Spring Grand Sumo Tournament, pounced on Futeno March 13 at Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium, grinding the winless No. 4 maegashira over the straw bales for his first win.
