Sakata stops Parra in 3rd, becomes WBA flyweight champion

TOKYO, Japan - Japan's Takefumi Sakata shows his trophies and champion belt after winning the WBA flyweight title by defeating Lorenzo Parra of Venezuela in the third round with a technical knockout at Tokyo's Korakuen Hall on March 19. Parra was stripped of the crown a day earlier for failing to make the weight.
