China signs deal to lift ban on Japanese rice imports

TOKYO, Japan - Japan's Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Minister Toshikatsu Matsuoka (R) and Li Changjiang (L), director of the Chinese General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, shake hands after signing a rice trade resumption accord in Tokyo on April 11.
