TOKYO, Japan - Police officers clash with members of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, or Chongryon, in Tokyo's Bunkyo Ward on April 25 during a police raid on a Chongryon institute to search it over the alleged kidnapping of two children from Japan to North Korea in 1974.
