WASHINGTON, United States - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, accompanied by his wife Akie, arrives at Andrews Air Force base near Washington on April 26 on his first visit to the United States as premier. Abe expressed regret to U.S. Congressional leaders about misunderstandings over his recent remarks on the Japanese military's wartime sexual exploitation of Asian women.
