Abe comments on farm minister's suicide note

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Shinzo Abe speaks at his office on May 29 about a farewell note addressed to him by deceased farm minister Toshikatsu Matsuoka. Abe said the note from Matsuoka, who committed suicide on May 28, did not touch on the alleged political fund scandals facing the minister before his death.
