Promotion appears certain for Kotomitsuki

NAGOYA, Japan - Kotomitsuki looks touched with emotion as he leaves the ring after beating Hoamasho to notch his 12th win at the Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament at at Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium on July 20. Kotomitsuki all but secured promotion to the second highest rank of ozeki.
