ICHINOMIYA, Japan - Veteran wrestler Kotomitsuki is lifted up by his stable's junior wrestlers in Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture, on July 25 after he was promoted by the Japan Sumo Association to the second-highest rank of ozeki.
