Bush's adviser nixes greenhouse gas target as 'premature'

WASHINGTON, United States - John Marburger, director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, speaks to Kyodo News in Washington on Sept. 26. Marbuger says it is ''premature'' for major economies to set mandatory numerical targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
