N. Korean envoy says Fukuda's dialogue policy 'worthy of note'
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Song Il Ho, North Korea's ambassador in charge of normalization talks with Japan, speaks during an interview with Kyodo News at a hotel in Pyongyang on Oct. 11. Song sounded a positive note about new Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda's dialogue-oriented policy on North Korea.
