China's Communist Party confirms Vice President Zeng to step down

BEIJING, China - Chinese leaders and delegates are seated for the concluding session of the 17th Congress of the Communist Party at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Oct. 21. Three of China's top leaders are to step down, including the country's Vice President Zeng Qinghong, the official Xinhua News Agency confirmed earlier in the day.
