Crown prince, crown princess attend Tokushima cultural festival

TOKUSHIMA, Japan - Crown Prince Naruhito, joined by Crown Princess Masako, delivers the opening address at the National Cultural Festival in Tokushima, Toshima Prefecture on Oct. 27. The couple also watched a traditional puppet theater show during their visit to Tokushima earlier in the day.
