Baseball: Darvish honored to win Sawamura Award

NAGOYA, Japan - Nippon Ham Fighters right-hander Yu Darvish speaks to reporters at Nagoya Dome on Oct. 29 after he was declared the winner of the Sawamura Award for the best pitcher in Japanese baseball. Darvish said he is honored to have won the award and never imagined he would become one of Japanese baseball's ''iron men.''
