2 Koreas agree to launch cross-border cargo railway service Dec. 11
SEOUL, South Korea - North Korean Premier Kim Yong Il (L) and South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck Soo (R) shake hands at the outset of their talks at a Seoul hotel on Nov. 16. They agreed to launch a regular cross-border cargo railway service starting Dec. 11 to further develop a joint industrial complex in the North Korean border city of Kaesong.
