S. Korea's president-elect calls for N. Korea's denuclearization
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean President-elect Lee Myung Bak walks into a room to give a press conference on Dec. 20. Lee, a former Hyundai executive and Seoul mayor, said that he would try to persuade North Korea to give up its nuclear weapons program ''for the sake of maintenance of its regime and its people.''
