Empress Michiko feels dizzy on waking up in morning: palace

TOKYO, Japan - Empress Michiko, who the palace says feels dizzy waking up in the morning, is seen in this photo taking part in a New Year's Poetry Reading at the Imperial Palace on Jan. 16. The Imperial Household Agency said the 73-year-old empress has experienced dizziness upon waking up each morning for the past one week.
