Chinese mission arrives in Japan over food-poisoning outbreak

NARITA, Japan - Li Chunfeng (R), vice director of the Import and Export Food Safety Bureau at the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the national quality control bureau, speaks to reporters on arrival at Narita airport, east of Tokyo, on Feb. 3.
