Dubai investment fund shows interest in Japanese automakers

TOKYO, Japan - Anand Krishnan, chief operating officer of Dubai International Capital LLC, speaks during a news conference in Tokyo on Feb. 19.                   TOKYO, Japan - Seiyu Ltd.
