Seoul citizens mark inauguration of President Lee Myung Bak

SEOUL, South Korea - Citizens in Seoul toll a giant bell at a temple in Seoul in celebration in the early hours of Feb. 25 to mark the inauguration of Lee Myung Bak as the new South Korean president. Lee took over the presidential office from Roh Moo Hyun at the stroke of midnight.
