Philanthropist considers backing N. Korea orchestra trip

PYONGYANG, North Korea - Yoko Nagae Ceschina, a Japanese philanthropist who helped underwrite the New York Philharmonic's historic concert in Pyongyang this week, said at the Moranbong Theater in Pyongyang on Feb. 27 that she is now thinking of backing a trip to Britain by North Korea's state orchestra in September.
