'Highly unlikely' dumplings poisoned in China, Chinese conclude
BEIJING, China - Yu Xinmin (R), deputy director general of the Crimes Investigation Bureau in China's Public Security Ministry, and Wei Chuanzhong, deputy director of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, hold a press conference in Beijing on Feb. 28. They said after nearly four weeks of investigation they believe it is highly unlikely that the Chinese-made frozen dumplings at the center of poisoning cases in Japan were contaminated in China.
