N. Korean negotiator arrives in Beijing before talks with U.S.
BEIJING, China - North Korea's Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan (photo) arrived in Beijing from Pyongyang on March 11, before heading to Geneva for talks with Christopher Hill, U.S. assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific affairs, later this week on denuclearizing North Korea.
