Aeon to take drugstore chain CFS under its wings

TOKYO, Japan - Aeon Co. President Motoya Okada (R) and CFS Corp. Chairman and President Kenji Ishida pose for photographers at a news conference in Tokyo on March 17 after the two companies announced that Aeon will raise its equity stake in CFS, a drugstore chain, to a maximum of 33.3 percent from the current 15 percent, effectively taking CFS under its wings.
