Gov't downgrades economic assessment for 2nd month
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda (R), economic and fiscal policy minister Hiroko Ota (C) and Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Minister Tetsuzo Fuyushiba (L) attend a meeting of ministers in charge of economic affairs at the prime minister's office on March 19.
